Shipping policy

Delivery service is only available for eligible local addresses within Malaysia. Audaura reserves the right to decline delivery service to any address that are deemed ineligible by us. Free delivery for purchases within AREA A, a delivery charge of MYR 50.00 per unit applies for AREA B and charge of MYR 150.00 per unit for AREA C. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that a recipient is present to receive the goods and to acknowledge on Audaura’s Delivery Order (DO) during the specified time slot which was agreed upon. Delivery fee at the prevailing rate is chargeable for each additional delivery trip.

AREA A WP Kuala Lumpur WP Putrajaya	Within 3 working days (Not including the day order is placed)
AREA B Johor Kelantan Melaka Negeri Sembilan Pahang Penang Perak Perlis Terengganu	Within 5 working days (Not including the day order is placed)
AREA C Sarawak Sabah WP Labuan	Within 7-10 working days (Not including the day order is placed)

 

 

 

 

 

Longer delivery time will be needed in the following situations:

Purchased item(s) contains Accessories & Tools only

- Any out-of-stock items

- Delivery details provided are incomplete

- Request from customer to change order or delivery details

- During festive seasons

 

Remarks:

“Working day” shall not include Saturday, Sunday, bank or public holidays in Malaysia.
